Small farmers, sellers, merchants, daily wage labourers and traders are suffering because of lack of proper planning, intelligence and foresight such as not properly working  ATM machines. 

People are facing problems because the limit of withdrawal has not been kept at a higher level. If this would have been kept at a higher level, there were chances that the recycling of black money might begin. The ideal money in circulation has to come to the banking channels.

This is a terrible blow to the international status of the economy. The economy is struggling with the slowdown. Virtually no private sector investment and industrial development is not a cheap demand in the economy stagnant. If you look at the agricultural sector, it is time to harvest. Farmers are trying to convert their  cash and India is largely a cash economy. Daily cash transactions in our economy than the total number of electronic transactions. Tribal center of the country, poor people are getting them through intermediaries Rs.300 or Rs.400 due to lack of proper information exchange for coins that is killing them.
